Document reception should not be a weak point
Collecting confidential documents without adequate protection means taking unnecessary risks with your clients' data. With Secure Exchanges, embed a secure return envelope directly in your email. Your contact clicks, uploads their files, and that's it.
Each document is encapsulated in an AES-256 encrypted digital envelope. The envelope becomes a personalized reception link that you can reuse to collect multiple files, with complete activity tracking.
By default, each envelope remains active for 14 days. Transmitted documents can be viewed up to 3 times, and are kept for 30 days.
